A: You should receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number once the order ships. You can always reach out with any questions you may have.

A:  Wipe with microfiber towel and ammonia-free Windex.

Q: How do I clean copper, brass and aluminum plates?

A: Use Brasso with a microfiber towel and a soft bristle toothbrush.

Q: How do I choose the correct back or mag plate size?

A: Each back and mag plate has a Product Description listing all of the compatible sizes.

Q: Do your back plates fit the Shadow Systems pistols?

A: No, our back plates are not compatible with the Shadow Systems pistols. 

Q: What material/finish best matches TiN?

A: Our Brushed Brass plates match TiN the best.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: All of our back and mag plates are made in the great state of Texas.

Q: How long does an order take?

A: Each back and mag plate is handcrafted and made to order in our shop from start to finish. Our goal has always been to ship your order out within a week or less.

Q: Does Priority shipping make me get my order faster?

A: Yes and no. The shipping time will be expedited, but the time it takes for us to make your order does not change. All of our orders are made in the order they are received.

Q: Do you offer custom orders for a one off design?
